Welcome to CINCSATION West Coast. This is the second chapter to be formed from CINCSATION CAR CLUB. The first chapter is located in Jacksonville, Florida. This second chapter is located in San Diego, California. CINCSATON West Coast was started in July 2005 when a member of the original chapter was transferred due to the military and wanted to keep the club going. Now we are proud to say CINCSATION CC is coast to coast.
