CINCSATION West Coast started when we learned that one of our dedicated members was leaving Florida to be stationed in California with the United States Navy. He didn't want to leave the club just because he was leaving Florida. So, we decided that he was going to take CINCSATION with him. That's how CINCSATION West Coast came to be.
